Wall extends between the outer surface of the elongated portion and the first channel. Soft tip is attached to the peripheral edge of the distal end of the elongated portion at the grip point. Tip comprises a second channel equivalent in size to the first channel of the elongated portion. Gripping point is formed between the surface of the peripheral edge of the distal end of the elongated portion and the surface of the proximal end of the soft tip. Surface of the peripheral edge of the distal end of the elongated portion and the surface of the proximal end of the soft tip are in contact when the soft tip is connected to the elongated portion. Gripping point has a surface area larger than the cross-sectional area of the elongated portion, and is adapted to provide tongue and groove connection between the elongated portion and the soft tip.
