PURPOSE: A composition containing an immunosuppressant and a transglutaminase 2 inhibitor as active ingredients for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis is provided to reduce the volume of the immunosuppressant and to enhance treatment and prevention effects. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis contains an immunosuppressant and a transglutaminase 2 inhibitor as active ingredients. The immunosuppressant is selected from the group consisting of cyclosporine, tacrolimus, dexamethasone, and pimecrolimus. The transglutaminase 2 inhibitor is a transglutaminase 2-specific antibody or antisense molecule to transglutaminase 2 gene. The transglutaminase 2 inhibitor is glucosamine. A cosmetic composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains the immunosuppressant and the transglutaminase 2 inhibitor as active ingredients.본 발명은 면역억제제 및 트랜스글루타미나제 2 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 아토피 피부염의 예방, 치료 또는 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 면역억제제와 트랜스글루타미나제 2 억제제의 병용 투여는, 부작용으로 인하여 장기 투여가 어렵고, 중단 시 원상으로 병변이 악화되기 쉬운 면역억제제의 용량을 감량하고, 일부 환자에게서 아토피 치료 효과가 미진했던 트랜스글루타미나제 2 억제제를 면역억제제와 혼합하여, 면역억제제 또는 트랜스글루타미나제 2 억제제의 단독 투여보다 매우 높은 치료 효과를 달성할 수 있다.
