PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tribonectin and a method of tribosupplementation carried out by administering tribonectins directly to an injured joint or an arthritic joint.SOLUTION: The tribonectin comprises at least one O-linked lubricating moiety which includes a &bgr；(1-3) Gal-GalNAc moiety.
