PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a catheter by simplifying the structure of the catheter where the distal end part is bendable in a prescribed curved shape.SOLUTION: A first lumen 20 is arranged at a position deviated from the axis of a tubular member 4. A pipe 30 is put through the first lumen 20. An operation wire 40 is slidably put through the lumen of the pipe 30. The near end of the operation wire 40 is connected to a knob and the distal end of the operation wire 40 is fixed by solder 60 filled in a recess 50 inside a distal end chip electrode 10. The pipe 30 has a cut surface at the distal end part, which is directed to the axis of the tubular member 4.
