PURPOSE: A grip for a fishing rod and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to wind wet leather on a handgrip, and then dry the leather to be contracted, thereby sticking a leather grip to the handgrip and preventing the leather grip from spinning with no traction. CONSTITUTION: A grip for a fishing rod(100) is installed at the handgrip of the fishing rod. Both borders of leather are folded inwards in the longitudinal direction of the rod, and then the borders are sewed so that thin-eye portions are formed. A gap between the thin-eye portions are stitched with a binding line so that the grip is fixed to the handgrip. A protective ring is further and longitudinally installed at the inner end of the grip. Uneven patterns are further formed on the surface of the grip.본 발명은 낚시대의 손잡이 부분에 밀착되어 손잡이 부분이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 보다 미려한 외관을 갖게 할 수 있는 낚시대용 그립 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.보다 상세하게는 젖은 가죽을 재단하여 낚시대의 길이 방향의 양 가장자리를 안쪽으로 접은 후, 박음질하여 형성된 실눈과 실눈 사이를 결속선으로 바느질하여 손잡이부에 고정시킨 후, 건조시킴으로써, 그립이 낚시대 손잡이 부분으로부터 분리되지 않고 견고하게 부착되어 있을 수 있게 한 낚시대용 그립 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
