The invention relates novel pharmaceutical use of kaurane compounds of formula(l) intreating and preventing cardiac hypertrophy and myocardium remodeling. Thesaid compounds alsocan significantly ameliorate pulmonary hypertension and preventing vascularhypertrophy.
