The present invention relates to an acupuncture tube using a dochim or a cylindrical needle, and the like in oriental medicine. The acupuncture tube according to the present invention is formed in a tubular shape and is composed of an acupuncture tube bottle, an acupuncture tube body and an acupuncture tube path, wherein an end part of the acupuncture tube path comprises a needle part having a sharp tip shape, and the acupuncture tube path can comprises further round shoulder part formed to be extended from the needle part toward the acupuncture tube wall. The acupuncture tube according to the present invention improves the shape and structure of the acupuncture tube path to provide a skin insertion function, and is provided in an assembly shape in which the needle is selectively and integrally combined with the acupuncture tube path to enable repetitive acupuncture to be performed easily and safely by using the dochim or the cylindrical needle of one kind or two kinds in a state in which the pain of patients is relieved. In addition, the dochim according to the present invention can perform acupuncture easily regardless of proficiency of a practitioner by forming gradations or resistance protrusions on the acupuncture tube body of the acupuncture tube.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 한방에서 도침 또는 원침 등을 이용한 침술시 사용되는 침관에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 침관은, 관로 형상으로 이루어져 침관병, 침관체 및 침관도로 구성되고, 침관도의 단부는 뾰족한 형상의 니들부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 침관도에는 상기 니들부로부터 상기 침관체 벽측으로 연장 형성되는 둥근 형상의 어깨부를 더 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 침관은, 침관도의 형상 및 구조를 개선하여 피부 삽입 기능이 부여되고, 선택적으로 침과 일체로 결합된 조립체 형태로 제공됨으로써 환자의 통증이 완화된 상태에서 일종 또는 이종 이상의 도침 또는 원침을 이용하여 반복적인 침술을 용이하고 안전하게 수행할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 도침은, 침관의 침관체에 눈금 또는 저항돌기를 형성함으로써 시술자의 숙련도에 상관없이 용이한 침술이 가능하다.
