PURPOSE: An instrument for EVD(Extra Ventricular Drainage) of cerebrospinal fluid for cerebral ventricle catheter insertion is provided to reduce an error and to conveniently use in case of EVD operation or ventriculoperitoneal shunt operation.CONSTITUTION: An instrument for EVD of cerebrospinal fluid for cerebral ventricle catheter insertion consists of a main body(10), an arm(20) and a direction indicator(30). The main body is made of polyoxymethylene and is approximately an L form and a rectangular shape slot(11) is prepared to fix by moving the direction indicator back and forth in a central part. A support unit(12) formed in an arc shape is integrally prepared with the body to support a part of a skull in one end part of the main body. On the other hand, the direction indicator is formed in a rectangular columnar shape having length, width and height of 2×2×8 cm and a penetration hole with a diameter of 4 mm in which a catheter is inserted without moving when inserting an EVD catheter in the center.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013뇌실 카테터를 용이하게 삽입하는 뇌실외 뇌척수액 배액용 기기 및 그 실행 방법에 관한 것으로, 본체, 상기 본체에 나사 결합되는 방향지시기 및 상기 방향지시기에 결합되는 팔을 포함하는 구성을 마련한다.상기와 같은 뇌실 카테터 삽입을 위한 뇌실외 뇌척수액 배액용 기기 및 그 실행 방법을 이용하는 것에 의해, 뇌실외 뇌척수액 배액(EVD) 또는 뇌척수액 뇌실-복강간 단락 시술(션트수술)시 정확하게 측뇌실의 전두부에 EVD 카테터를 위치시킬 수 있다.
