A wearable article (10) comprises a front waist panel (18), a rear waist panel (19), and a crotch panel (13) further comprising an absorption structure body (11), and a pair of leg opening edge parts (23) are formed by each inner edge (18a, 19a) of the front and rear waist panels and both vertical lateral edges of the crotch panel. The crotch panel further comprises a pair of elastic leg sheets (43) which are coupled on both lateral edges of the absorption structure body and which extend in the vertical direction. The elastic leg sheets further comprise non-elastic regions (57a) which are adjacent to the absorption structure body side, and elastic regions (57b) which are adjacent to the non-elastic regions. The non-elastic regions rise from the absorption structure body at the lateral edges of the absorption structure body and reach the leg opening edge parts.
