PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel chair bag causing no hindrance on a space for sitting or an armrest part, and facilitating taking in and out a stored object, and a wheel chair with the bag.SOLUTION: A wheel chair bag 1 mounted on the lower side of an armrest 21 of a wheel chair includes: a body part 3 having an opening 31 of a rectangular solid along the longitudinal direction, and a cover 5 fixed on one end, and formed in a bag-like shape a pair of mounting members 4 fastened to the body part 3 on one end, and provided with a fastening tool on the other end a reinforcement part provided on the upper end of the body part 3 and having rigidity higher than that of the other part of the body part 3 and a pair of fastening tools connectable with the fastening tools on the other end of the mounting member 4.
