The application relates to a method for producing an extract from Vitis vinifera L. leaves, having the following steps: a) preparing a drug from Vitis vinifera L. leaves； b) extracting the drug with an eluent selected from water and mixtures of water and alcohol, thereby obtaining a raw extract； c) separating the raw extract from the extracted drug； d) at least partly removing the eluent, thereby obtaining a thick extract； e) redissolving the thick extract in water； f) separating insoluble components； and g) selectively enriching secondary plant contents by means of i. two-phase extraction or ii. membrane filtration. The application also relates to the extract obtained in this manner, to pharmaceutical preparations containing said extract, and to the use thereof.La presente solicitud se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar un extracto de hojas de Vitis vinífera L., caracterizado porque comprende los siguientes pasos: a) proporcionar una droga a partir de hojas de Vitis vinífera L., b) extraer la droga con un eluyente seleccionado de agua y mezclas de agua con alcohol, para obtener un extracto crudo, c) separar el extracto crudo de la droga extraída, d) eliminar el menos parcialmente el eluyente, para obtener un extracto espeso, e) redisolver el extracto espeso en agua, f) separar los componentes insolubles, g) enriquecer selectivamente ingredientes vegetales secundarios mediante i.una extracción de 2 fases ó, ii.una filtración pro membrana. El uso de un extracto o na preparación para preparar medicamentos, preparaciones farmacéuticas o suplementos alimenticios.
