PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce measurement errors due to a speckle pattern by a simple structure to enable highly accurate measurements of eye refractive power even when an SLD is used as a light source for eye refractive power measurement.SOLUTION: There is provided an eye refractive power measuring apparatus, comprising: a measuring head which includes a low-coherent light source for projecting index light onto an ocular fundus of a subject eye, and which includes imaging means for imaging reflected scattered light of the index light projected onto the ocular fundus drive means for driving the measuring head control means for controlling the drive means such that the measuring head is placed in a predetermined position relative to the subject eye and calculation means for calculating a value of the eye refractive power of the subject eye, based on outputs obtained by imaging the reflected scattered light while the control means moves the measuring head from the predetermined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼屈折力測定光源にSLDを用いた場合であっても、簡単な構成でスペックルパターンによる測定誤差を低減し、精度の高い眼屈折力測定を行うことである。【解決手段】被検眼の眼底に指標光を投影する光源である低コヒーレント光源と、眼底に投影された指標光の反射散乱光を撮像する撮像手段と、を有する測定ヘッドと、測定ヘッドを駆動する駆動手段と、被検眼に対して測定ヘッドが所定の位置になるように駆動手段を制御する制御手段と、制御手段により測定ヘッドを所定の位置から移動させながら反射散乱光を撮像することにより得た撮像手段の出力に基づいて、被検眼の眼屈折力値を算出する算出手段と、を眼屈折力測定装置に配する。【選択図】図1
