PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitter that can suppress generation of a siphon phenomenon, and can appropriately discharge irrigation liquid even if the pressure of irrigation liquid in a tube is low.SOLUTION: An emitter has a water intake part, a discharge part, a flow channel, and a seal water housing part. The water intake part takes in irrigation liquid. The discharge part discharges the irrigation liquid. The flow channel connects the water intake part and the discharge part, and allows the irrigation liquid to circulate.
