PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation supplier of vehicular functional components that can stably preserve and supply functional components which urge a crewman to evoke attention or to awake.SOLUTION: A preservation supplier of this invention comprises: a body (11), which has a first port (111) for guiding a functional component (f) retained by a storage body (13) to the indoor side and a second port (112) for guiding a functional component (f) to the outdoor side and a valve disc (12) displaced on slide contact with the body between a first position for opening the storage body and the first port and a second position for blocking the first port and the second port to turn the storage body hermetic. This valve disc opens the storage body and the second port while blocking the first port halfway in displacement from the second position to the first position. This process turns the functional component into a stable state where concentration and pressure are within a predetermined range before being supplied into a device which discharges the same into the cabin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
