The present disclosure provides a method for preparing an extract of Chrysanthemum morifolium with an effect of treating skin diseases, including: (a) performing an extraction procedure on Chrysanthemum morifolium with an extraction solvent to obtain an extract solution； and (b) adding at least one glycoside hydrolases to the extract solution to make an enzyme reaction occur to produce a precipitate, wherein the precipitate is the an extract of Chrysanthemum morifolium with an effect of treating skin diseases.本發明提供一種製備具有治療皮膚疾病功效之杭菊萃取物的方法，包括：(a)將杭菊以一萃取溶劑進行一萃取程序，以獲得一萃取液；以及(b)將至少一糖苷酶加入該萃取液中，以發生一酵素反應而產生一沉澱物，其中該沉澱物為具有治療皮膚疾病功效之杭菊萃取物。
