PURPOSE: A cutting bur for easily discharging chips, a manufacturing method thereof and a using method thereof are provided to prevent a chip form being caught by discharging the chip through a cross cut portion in which a flute is cross cut.CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cutting bur easily discharging chips is as follows. A bur body is manufacture(S100). The bur body is divided into a head portion and a rod portion based on a neck portion(S200). 6 to 8 flutes are formed in the head portion with six-shaft CNC grinder in a screw method(S300). A surface of the head portion where the flute is formed is cross-cut processed to an opposite direction of a flute forming direction. A length of the bur body is 40.00 to 50.00mm. A length of the neck portion is 0.20 to 2.00mm. A length of the head portion is 0.50 to 2.30mm.
