Hierin offenbart ist ein Mehrgelenk-Radiotherapie-Gerät mit einer flexiblen und drehkuppelnden Wellenleiter-Leitung. Das Mehrgelenk-Radiotherapie-Gerät enthält einen Abstrahlkopf (10), einen Linearbeschleuniger (20) angeordnet an dem Abstrahlkopf (10), einem Roboterarm (30) verbunden mit dem Abstrahlkopf (10) und aufweisend eine Vielzahl von Gelenken, einen Wellenleiter (40), der in den Roboterarm (30) eingebaut und mit dem Linearbeschleuniger (20) verbunden ist, und einen elektromagnetischen Oszillator (50) angeordnet an einer Unterseite des Roboterarms (30) und elektromagnetische Wellen erzeugend, so dass die elektromagnetischen Wellen durch den Wellenleiter (40) zu dem Linearbeschleuniger (20) übertragen werden.
