A container for storing medical or pharmaceutical liquid containing a compartment (4) for storing liquid (9), while the compartment (4) for storing contains an outlet (6) for discharging liquid from the compartment (4) for storing, that there is a porous hydrophilic membrane layer (7; 8) inside the storage compartment (4), which is gas tight in the wet state and which at least covers the outlet (6), the pore size of the hydrophilic membrane layer (7, 8) being sufficient small to avoid passing the gas through the hydrophilic membrane layer (7, 8) when the maximum pressure acts on the fluid, and pore sizes are sufficiently large to avoid a negative impact on the medical or pharmaceutical zhidkost.2. A container according to claim 1, wherein the pore size of the hydrophilic membrane layer (7, 8) is such that, during application, the differential pressure above the membrane layer (7, 8) is lower than the pressure of the bubbles of the membrane layer (7, 8). 3. A container according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the hydrophilic membrane layer (7, 8) is made of polyethersulfone (PES) or cellulose acetate. A container according to claim 1, wherein the pore size is in the range of 0.2-1.2 microns, in particular in the range of 0.45-0.80 microns. A container according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the hydrophilic membrane layer (7, 8) is between 50 and 300 μm, in particular between 100 and 200 μm. A container according to claim 1, wherein the hydrophilic membrane layer (7, 8) contains a symmetrical or uniform porous structure, wherein the pore size is generally the same throughout the membrane layer 7, 8).
