PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an immune nutrition composition to obtain more favorable effectiveness of treatment by preventing the damage of immune functions during anticancer therapy.SOLUTION: A method and an immune nutrition composition can transiently prevent or alleviate bone marrow paralysis or neutropenia in patients with apoptosis, necrosis, or other cellular injuries induced by anticancer therapy. The immune nutrition composition can preserve natural and adaptive immunity functions and normal physiology of immune cells, followed by (i) increase in more favorable resistance and effectiveness of anticancer therapy, (ii) transient increase in or enhancement of immunocompetence of immune cells, and (iii) optimization of actions of immune cells weakened by anticancer therapy and increase in immunocompetence. The immunogen composition with the immune enhancing agent containing arginine can transiently prevent or alleviate bone marrow paralysis or neutropenia induced by anticancer therapy.【課題】抗癌療法の間の免疫機能の損傷を阻止し、それによって、治療のより良好な有効性を達成するための方法及び免疫栄養組成物の提供。【解決手段】抗癌療法誘導性アポトーシス若しくは壊死又はその他の細胞傷害を経験している対象の骨髄麻痺又は好中球減少を一過性に阻止又は緩和することができる方法及び免疫栄養組成物。免疫細胞の自然免疫機能及び適応免疫機能並びに正常な生理が保存され、続いて、(i)抗癌療法のより良好な耐性及び有効性の増加、(ii)免疫細胞の免疫能の一過性の増大又は増強、並びに(iii)抗癌療法によって弱まっている免疫細胞の作用の最適化及び免疫能の増加がもたらされる免疫栄養組成物。前記免疫増強剤がアルギニンを含み、抗癌治療に誘導された骨髄麻痺又は好中球減少の一過性の阻止又は緩和をもたらす免疫源組成物。【選択図】図1
