The blower body is mounted on the base via the regulating mechanism, and the regulating mechanism includes a coupling member, a regulating knob and a resetting member. The blower body is rotatably mounted on the base via the coupling member, the regulating knob is arranged on the base and cooperates with the coupling member to limit the coupling member, and the resetting member is arranged on the base and cooperates with the regulating knob to cause the regulating knob to reset.
