The bottle assembly includes a container and a vent assembly that can be disposed on at least a portion of the edge of the container. The heel assembly generally closes the container and releasably engages the neck of the container. The heel assembly and the vent assembly are configured relative to each other to allow a choice of form between the first form and the second form. In the first configuration, the heel assembly causes the vent assembly to be located at the edge of the container and at least a majority of the cross section of the side vent tube of the vent assembly below the edge.
