Antibody drug conjugates (ADC's) that bind to FLT3 protein and variants thereof are described herein. FLT3 exhibits a distinct and limited expression pattern in normal adult tissue(s), and is aberrantly expressed in the cancers listed in Table I. Consequently, the ADC's of the invention provide a therapeutic composition for the treatment of cancer.Conjugados anticuerpo-fármaco (ADC) que se ligan a proteína FLT3 y variantes de los mismos se describen en la presente. FLT3 exhibe un patrón de expresión distinto y limitado en tejido(s) adulto(s) normal(es), y se expresa aberrantemente en los cánceres enlistados en la Tabla I.
