PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treating agent such as a rinse, a treatment and a conditioner which has good finger passing on rinsing away and makes a slipery feeling when applied to hair satisfactory.SOLUTION: The hair treating agent is blended with hydroxyethyl cellulose and/or hydroxypropyl cellulose and polyquaternium-52.
