PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a single beauty instrument multifunctional by adding a peeling function of exfoliating a stratum corneum of a skin epidermal to an ion introduction beauty instrument enabling ion introduction of active ingredients in a cosmetic liquid to a skin deep part.SOLUTION: An ion introduction beauty instrument includes an ion output part 27 capable of letting ionized active ingredients in a cosmetic liquid penetrate into a skin surface to be treated, in an instrument body 1 whose upper half part is gripped with the hand. The ion output part 27 is arranged in a state of being downward exposed in a lower surface center part of the instrument body 1, and a disk-like cuticle exfoliating material 35 having a function of exfoliating a stratum corneum of a skin surface by being brought into contact with the skin surface while being rotated with a rotary driving device 31 is arranged on a position surrounding the outside of the ion output part 27 in the lower surface of the instrument body 1.
