Provided is an assist suit which allows easy avoidance of a situation where a worker feels uncomfortable about the positions of hand parts and of a leg assist device or a situation where a motion is insufficiently assisted. The assist suit is provided with: a body part 2 for being fitted to a back area of a worker； a waist belt 3 which extends from the body part 2 and which is for being wound around a waist area of the worker so that the body part 2 is fitted to the worker； arm parts 4 which extend, from the body part 2, beyond the upper side of the worker to the front side； hand parts 6 which are suspended from the distal ends of the arm parts 4 via winch wires 5； a winch device 10 which is capable of winding and unwinding the winch wires 5； and a leg assist device 7 which extends, from the body part 2, beyond side areas of the worker to the front side and which exerts, from the front side, pressing actions on thigh areas of the worker so as to assist the worker in a standing motion, wherein a back surface contact part 31, of the waist belt 3, that comes into contact with the back surface of the worker, is provided with a positioning mechanism 31c which allows determination of a position at which the waist belt 3 is to be wound.La présente invention concerne une combinaison d'assistance qui permet d'éviter aisément une situation dans laquelle un travailleur ressent un inconfort associé aux positions de parties de main et d'un dispositif d'assistance de jambes ou une situation dans laquelle un mouvement est insuffisamment assisté.
