PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide N protein of a virus of the paramyxoviridae family-protein of interest fusion protein.SOLUTION: The invention relates to N protein-protein of interest fusion protein, optionally in the form of a soluble N protein-protein of interest/P protein complex, and the N and P proteins are proteins of a virus of the Paramyxoviridae family. When the protein of interest is an antigen, the invention relates also to a vaccinal composition and a diagnostic reagent comprising the N protein-protein of interest fusion protein or an N protein-antigen/P protein complex. The N protein-protein of interest fusion protein can also be used as a "vector" for transporting into cells a therapeutic molecule of interest, such as an antiviral or an anticancer agent.【課題】パラミクソウイルス科（Paramyxoviridae）ファミリーのウイルスのNタンパク質-対象タンパク質の融合タンパク質を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、場合により、溶解性Nタンパク質-対象タンパク質/Pタンパク質複合体の形態の、Nタンパク質-対象タンパク質の融合タンパク質であって、Nタンパク質及びPタンパク質は、パラミクソウイルス科ファミリーのウイルスのタンパク質である、前記融合タンパク質に関する。対象タンパク質が抗原である時、本発明は、Nタンパク質-対象タンパク質の融合タンパク質又はNタンパク質-抗原/Pタンパク質複合体を含む、ワクチン組成物及び診断試薬にも関する。Nタンパク質-対象タンパク質の融合タンパク質は、抗ウイルス薬又は抗癌剤のような対象の治療的分子を細胞に移送するための「ベクター」としても使用されることもできる。【選択図】なし
