PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for targeting &alpha；5&bgr；1 integrin, novel anti-&alpha；5&bgr；1 antibodies, compositions and kits comprising the antibodies, and methods of making and using the antibodies.SOLUTION: An anti-&alpha；5&bgr；1 antibody comprises: a VL domain including CDR-L1 having a specific sequence, CDR-L2 having a specific sequence, and CDR-L3 having a specific sequence； and a VH domain including CDH-H1 having a specific sequence, CDR-H2 having a specific sequence, and CDR-H1 having a specific sequence.
