The present invention relates to a comb with a powerless magnetic vibrator, and more specifically, to a comb which has a built-in powerless magnetic vibrator which converts kinetic energy, such as external impact or friction, into vibrational energy to generate vibration. The comb of the present invention comprises a vibration plate； a first magnet coupled to the vibration plate； and a second magnet fixed to an upper portion of the first magnet to generate repulsive force against the upper plate of the first magnet. The repulsive force generated between the first magnet and second magnet is set to maintain a balance with the elastic force generated from the vibration plate. Kinetic energy, such as external impact or friction, can affect the balance between the repulsive force between the magnets and the elastic force of the vibration plate, to generate vibration and to dissipate the kinetic energy until a new balance is reached between the repulsive force and elastic force.
