A difference data generation unit of an image processing device generates, as second image data, a difference between first image data before and after imaging, which were acquired by capturing an image of a subject at each of different times. An analysis processing unit generates third image data by removing information indicating a structure from each of a plurality of second image data corresponding to the times. An alignment processing unit performs alignment between a plurality of third image data at different timings on the basis of the shape characteristic of the subject represented as an image in any of the first to third image data. An image processing unit finds a change index between the aligned plurality of third image data to generate fourth image data.
