PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair-decoloring agent composition with which irritating odor is reduced and sufficient lightness is imparted to hair and touch of hair after finishing is made favorable, and to obtain a hair-dyeing agent composition.SOLUTION: The hair decoloring agent composition is prepared by mixing a first agent containing an alkali agent and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent and contains isoparaffin and a polymer. Irritating odor is reduced and sufficient lightness can be imparted to hair by including the isoparaffin. A sufficient lightness is imparted to hair and worseness of touch of the hair can be suppressed and touch of hair after finishing can be made favorable by further including the polymer. The hair-dyeing agent composition further contains a dye.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 刺激臭を低減させるとともに、毛髪に十分な明度を付与し、かつ仕上がり後の毛髪の感触を良好にすることができる毛髪脱色剤組成物及び染毛剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】 アルカリ剤を含有する第1剤と、酸化剤を含有する第2剤を用時に混合して調製される毛髪脱色剤組成物には、イソパラフィン及び高分子化合物が含有されている。そして、イソパラフィンを含有することにより、刺激臭を低減させるとともに、毛髪に十分な明度を付与することができる。さらに、高分子化合物を含有することにより、明度付与に伴い毛髪の感触が悪化することを抑制できるとともに、仕上がり後の毛髪の感触を良好にすることができる。また、染毛剤組成物には、さらに染料が含有されている。
