The present invention relates to a soft capsule composition with improved stability and dissolution rate including naproxen as an active ingredient. The soft capsule containing, as an active ingredient, naproxen is manufactured by the steps of: i) preparing a compound solution comprising, with respect to 100 parts by weight of naproxen, 120-250 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol (PEG) having an average molecular weight of 400-600 daltons as a main dissolvent, 10-20 parts by weight of metal salt hydroxide, as a first ionizing agent, in which hydroxides are coupled to group I or II alkali metals, and 0.5-4 parts by weight of metal salt having no hydroxyl ion, as a second ionizing agent； and ii) molding the compound solution to a coating film having gelatin as a main ingredient.본 발명은 ⅰ) 나프록센 100 중량부에 대해 주 용해제로 400∼600 달톤의 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG) 120∼250 중량부； 제 1 이온화제로 1, 2족 알칼리금속에 수산화기가 결합된 결합된 수산화 금속염 10∼20 중량부； 및 제 2 이온화제로 수산화이온을 포함하지 않는 금속염 0.5∼4 중량부；로 이루어진 내용액을 제조하는 단계； 및 ⅱ) 젤라틴을 주성분으로 하는 피막으로 성형시키는 단계；로 제조된 나프록센을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 안정성 및 용출률이 개선된 연질캡슐 조성물에 관한 것이다.
