Способ включает посадку растений, установку опоры, обрезку, формирование кустов и зоны плодоношения и прикрепление кустов к опоре. При этом кусты формируют на укороченном штамбе (15÷20 см) с двумя горизонтально и разносторонне направленными вдоль оси ряда плечами кордона, на концах которых создают удлиненные рукава с плодовыми лозами, между которыми размещают укороченные рожки с лозами. Удлиненные рукава фиксируют на первом и втором ярусах шпалеры с учетом поддержания плеч кордона на заданной высоте. Способ повышает устойчивость растений к стрессовым факторам среды произрастания, снижает отрицательное влияние загущения кроны кустов на закладку генеративных органов в зимующих почках глазков, восстанавливает структуры кустов в годы их возможного повреждения морозами, улучшает радиационный режим виноградника, повышает урожайность и качество винограда. 6 ил.
