PURPOSE: A knife for an endoscope is provided to easily observe and perform the inside of tissues by executing a cutting function and a pushing function with one tool.CONSTITUTION: A knife(10) comprises metal. The knife is charged with electricity. An electric wire(22) connected to the knife and supplies electricity to the knife. A sheath(20) is connected to the knife and accepts the electric wire in inside. The sheath comprises insulating material which is not charged with electricity. A transparency balloon is placed between the knife and the sheath. The transparency balloon comprises transparency rubber, tempered vinyl, or silicon. The transparency balloon is expanded to a vertical direction with a direction of the sheath.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 고안은 투명 풍선을 구비한 내시경용 나이프에 관한 것으로, 특히 조직을 자르고 젖히는 역할을 하나의 기구로 수행함으로써 조직 내부를 용이하게 관찰하고 시술할 수 있으며 조직을 정확하게 관찰할 수 있는 투명 풍선을 구비한 내시경용 나이프에 관한 것이다.본 고안의 투명 풍선을 구비한 내시경용 나이프는, ‘ㄱ’자로 굴곡된 형상으로 전기가 통하며 금속을 포함하는 나이프 상기 나이프와 연결되어 상기 나이프에 전기를 공급하는 전선 상기 나이프와 연결되며 상기 전선을 내부에 수용하고, 전기가 통하지 않는 절연물질을 포함하는 쉬스(sheath) 및 상기 나이프와 상기 쉬스 사이에 구비되며, 상기 전선을 내부에 수용하고, 팽창 및 수축이 가능한 투명 풍선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
