Provided are a fishing ground information provision device and a fishing ground information provision program which can prevent overfishing, and which allows the know-how of operators to be transferred. The fishing ground information provision device constructs a learning model which includes: marine meteorological data indicating the weather conditions of the ocean； and fishing ground data which corresponds to first identification data assigned for each operator that has recorded an operation log, and which indicates the fishing ground at which the operator operated. Data is generated for a prediction based on the marine meteorological data indicating the weather conditions of the ocean for a scheduled date of operation. Next, a recommended fishing ground is estimated by using the learning model to analyze, from the data for the prediction, a trend of the fishing grounds operated by the operator assigned with the first identification data.
