PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble generation device capable of generating microbubbles in a liquid with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A microbubble generation device 1 includes: an inflow port 2a for introducing a liquid from the outside two cylindrical bodies 3 and 3 in which a spiral flow passage where the liquid introduced from the inflow port 2a is circulated is formed respectively an outflow port 2b for causing the liquid circulated in the spiral flow passage to flow out to the outside a sphere 5 provided between the outlet of the spiral flow passage and the outflow port 2b without being fixed to a casing 2 for rectifying the liquid that flows from the outlet to the outflow port 2b and a diaphragm diameter part 2e for narrowing a channel diameter of an intermediate channel from the sphere 5 to the outflow port 2b. The cylindrical bodies 3 and 3 are arranged side by side in the cylinder radial direction, and the liquids that flow out from the outlet of the spiral flow passage respectively formed in the inside collide with each other so that microbubbles are generated in the liquid, and the sphere 5 rectifies the liquid after the collision and guides it to the diaphragm diameter part 2e.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易な構成で液体中にマイクロバブルを生成することができるマイクロバブル生成装置を提供する。【解決手段】マイクロバブル生成装置1は、外部から液体を導入するための流入口2aと、流入口2aから導入された液体が通流する螺旋流路が内部にそれぞれ形成された2つの円筒体3,3と、螺旋流路を通流した液体を外部へ流出させるための流出口2bと、螺旋流路の出口と流出口2bとの間にケーシング2に固定されることなく設けられ、その出口から流出口2bに向かう液体を整流する球体5と、球体5から流出口2bに至る中間流路の流路径を絞る絞り径部2eとを備えている。円筒体3,3は円筒径方向に並設されており、それぞれの内部に形成されている螺旋流路の出口から流出する液体が互いに衝突することによって液中にマイクロバブルが生成され、球体5が、衝突した後の液体を整流して絞り径部2eに導くように構成されている。【選択図】図1
