PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation booth capable of being used while switching positive pressure and negative pressure without enlarging a fan filter unit on which negative pressure or positive pressure acts.SOLUTION: The ventilation booth includes: an enclosure covering a head-side region of a bed face and exposing the remaining portion of the bed face and the fan filter unit sucking the air from the enclosure or supplying the air to the enclosure to keep the inside of the enclosure at negative pressure or positive pressure. The unit includes: a housing having a suction opening provided in one of faces opposed to each other, for sucking the air, a blowout opening provided in the other of the opposed faces, for blowing out the air and filters disposed in an air passage communicating both openings in the housing so as to cross the air passage, for purifying the air from an air distribution source for generating an air flow from the suction opening toward the blowout opening, and the suction opening.
