A treatment device capable of improving ones eyesight and providing recovery training, comprises a lifter platform 1 which is height adjustable so as to lower or raise the lifter platform 1 to a desired height, a worktable 2 connected with the lifter platform 1 at an upper free end, a movable block 3 connected with the worktable 2, a mark displayer 4 fixedly connected with the moveable block 3, and a lens disc 5 mounted on the worktable 2 and located in front of the mark displayer 4. The moveable block 3 and mark displayer 4 are adjustable with respect to the lens disc 5. The adjustment function of the treatment device provides varied training exercises to enhance and improve the picture quality formed on ones retina and thereby improve the eyesight.
