The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on an active principle, such as primarily Sucralfate, for the treatment of disorders related to gastrointestinal irritation such as gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, acute gastritis, symptomatic chronic gastritis, gastropathy related to anti-inflammatories, reflux esophagitis, characterized by comprising one or more phospholipids.
