The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and inhibiting cancer metastasis comprising and expression or an activity inhibitor of a mutant P53 protein as an active component. Ovarian cancer cell lines represent a high adhesive property regarding mesothelial cells of Met5A, and as a result of reduction in an expression of p53^(R248) through knockdown p53 mutant, the increased adhesion property by p53^(R248) significantly decreased.
