To provide a hemostatic balloon unit for uterus capable of suppressing injury of a birth canal with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A hemostatic balloon unit for uterus comprises: a tube； a hemostatic balloon； a connector provided on the tube； and a cap which can be detachably attached to a base end part of the tube. The tube comprises: a drain channel which is opened at a position closer to a tip end side than to the hemostatic balloon, for discharging blood in the uterus to outside； and a water feeding channel communicated to the hemostatic balloon. The connector comprises: a drain terminal which is communicated with the drain channel, and is provided on the base end part of the tube； a flexible water feeding pipe which is communicated with the water feeding channel on a position closer to the tip end side than to the drain terminal, and branches outside of the tube and extends； and a water feeding terminal which is provided on a base end of the water feeding pipe, and communicated with the water feeding pipe.
