The invention relates to the compounds 3-(1´,1´ -dimethylallyl)-herniarin (1) y 3- (1,1´-dimethyl-3´ nitro allyl-herniarin] (3) (NHR) derived from coumarin, which have excellent antidepressant activity. The compound 3- (1,1´-dimethyl-3´ nitro allyl-herniarin] (3) (NHR) is synthesised by means of a nitration reaction of the compound 3-(1´,1´-dimethylallyl)-herniarin. The present invention also relates to the method for the isolation and synthesis of the compound 3 -(1´,1´-dimethylallyl)-herniarin.La presente invención está relacionada con los compuestos 3-(1´,1´ -dimetilalil)-herniarina (1) y 3- (1,1´-dimetil-3´ nitro alil-herniarina] (3) (NHR) derivados de la cumarina, los cuales tienen una excelente actividad antidepresiva. El compuesto 3- (1,1´-dimetil-3´ nitro alil-herniarina] (3) (NHR) se sintetiza por medio de una reacción de nitración del compuesto 3-(1´,1´-dimetilalil)-herniarina. Asimismo, la presente invención está relacionada con el método de asilamiento y síntesis del compuesto 3 -(1´,1´-dimetilalil)-herniarina.La présente invention concerne les composés 3-(1´,1´ -diméthylallyl)-herniarine (1) et 3-(1,1´-diméthyl-3´ nitro allyl-herniarine] (3) (NHR) dérivés de la coumarine, lesquels ont une activité antidépressive excellente. Le composé 3-(1,1´-diméthyl-3´ nitro allyl-herniarine] (3) (NHR) est synthétisé par une réaction de nitratation du composé 3-(1´,1´-diméthylallyl)-herniarine. Ainsi, la présente invention est liée au procédé d'isolement et de synthèse du composé 3-(1´,1´-diméthylallyl)-herniarine.
