In some aspects, devices useful for applying therapy locally within a body vessel are disclosed, the devices having a stent graft (102) with flared end regions (112,114) with a catheter (104) providing fluid communication to the outer side of the narrower, intermediate region (116) of the stent graft. Kits including the same devices are also disclosed.
