PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hygienically excellent sanitary paper, to provide a method for producing the sanitary paper, to provide a disposable absorbent given at a low cost by using the sanitary paper, and to provide a method for producing the absorbent.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the sanitary paper comprises applying a concentrate of a coffee bean extract to wet paper and drying the wet paper to which the concentrate of the coffee bean extract is applied. The method for producing the absorbent comprises positioning a water-absorbing material and a highly water-absorbing resin on first sanitary paper which may contain or not a dried material of the concentrate of the coffee bean extract to form a water-absorbing material layer on the first sanitary paper, and further positioning second sanitary paper which may contain or not the dried material of the concentrate of the coffee bean extract on the formed water-absorbing material layer, wherein at least one of the first sanitary paper and the second sanitary paper contains the concentrate of the dried material of the coffee bean extract.
