The handles are joined to each other by bridge connectors, and each handle in a pair of handles are disposed on opposite sides of the frame portion. A vibratory core is positioned in the interior of the frame portion and is connected with standoffs to the bridge connectors. A control panel to control operation of the vibratory core.
