Said device for dry cryopreservation of products comprises a container (2), internally delimiting a volume provided for being filled with a cryogenic fluid (F)and compartments (C1, C2, C3, C4) provided for receiving the products and each comprising an impenetrable peripheral wall for stocking products while providing protection from the cryogenic fluid. The compartments extend from the bottom (4) of the container and comprise an open superior extremity (16) which makes the products accessible. Additionally, the device comprises an overflow system (17) suitable for preventing an elevation of the cryogenic fluid level up to the open superior extremity (9) of the compartments.
