The present invention relates to a portable electronic moxibustion device capable of being carried conveniently by a user after being charged, enabling traditional moxibustion treatment effects without place and time limitations, applying thermal stimuli to an acupuncture point of a patient while being placed close to the points but not in direct contact, maintaining indirect heating effects on the acupuncture point and other neighboring acupuncture points, and accordingly maximizing moxibustion effects. According to the present invention, the portable electronic moxibustion device includes: an upper body which includes a battery and a control circuit unit inside, includes a protruding heating unit controlled by the control circuit unit in the lower part, and includes an operation unit and a display unit on the outer surface； and a lower base which includes a funnel unit combined to the lower part of the upper body, combined with the heating unit at the center, concentrating heat from the heating unit to one point in the lower part, and having a guide groove along the outer circumferential surface. Outside of the funnel unit, a moxibustion liquid injection line to inject a moxibustion liquid for the moxibustion liquid to be evaporated along the guide groove is placed.
