PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide formulations that contain two or more active ingredients, have desirable fluidization and dispersion properties of drug particles, and are useful in treating obstructive or inflammatory airways diseases, particularly asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).SOLUTION: The invention provides dry powder formulations for inhalation comprising spray-dried particles, which formulation particles are for use in treatment of an obstructive or inflammatory airways disease.
