PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage unit capable of performing effective massage with respect to different treatment regions such as the neck and shoulders of a treated person by performing a massage operation capable of changing the intervals of the first treatment parts and/or the second treatment parts of treatment elements that are arranged as right and left pairs with respect to the neck and shoulders of the treated person.SOLUTION: A massage unit includes: a pair of right and left first treatment parts 7 for treating the neck of a treated person and a pair of right and left second treatment parts 11 for treating the shoulders of the treated person. The first treatment parts 7 and the second treatment parts 11 mutually approach and separate.
