PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intradialytic parenteral nutrition compositions (IDPN) with low carbohydrate contents for the treatment of malnutrition in dialysis patients.SOLUTION: A stable sterile IDPN solution comprises 0.02 to 0.1 g/mL of grape sugar and 0.1 to 0.2 g/mL of amino acids, where both of the grape sugar and the amino acids are dissolved in the same aqueous solution. An IDPN solution further comprises 8-25 g of lipids. An IDPN solution further comprises vitamins and minerals. An IDPN solution comprises 17 kinds of amino acids.【課題】透析患者の栄養障害を治療するための、炭水化物の含有量が少ない透析中非経口栄養組成物（ＩＤＰＮ）の提供。【解決手段】安定な無菌ＩＤＰＮ溶液であって、０．０２～０．１ｇ／ｍＬのブドウ糖、および０．１～０．２ｇ／ｍＬのアミノ酸を含み、ブドウ糖とアミノ酸が両方とも同じ水溶液に溶解しているＩＤＰＮ溶液。さらに８～２５ｇの脂質を含むＩＤＰＮ溶液。さらにビタミンおよびミネラルを含有するＩＤＰＮ溶液。アミノ酸が１７種のアミノ酸を含むＩＤＰＮ溶液。【選択図】なし
