The present invention relates to a sustained-release preparation comprising sarpogrelate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of sarpogrelate as a pharmaceutically active ingredient, wherein the sustained-release preparation comprises one or more hydrophilic macromolecular polymer, selected from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene oxide or a carbomer, in an amount of between 10 and 50 percent by weight with respect to the total weight of the preparation.
